Job Summary
Epic Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based position focused on generating new business through door-to-door sales, business-to-business outreach, and cold calling. While some leads are provided, success in this role comes from actively seeking and creating opportunities. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through door-to-door, B2B, and cold calling activities

• Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Provide accurate product and service information to potential clients

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

• Represent Epic Roofing & Exteriors in a professional manner at all times

• Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and sales activity

Requirements

• Proven sales experience preferred (roofing or construction experience a plus)

• Self-starter with strong prospecting skills and a hunter’s mentality

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
