Job Description
As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for the disassembly and assembly of aircraft parts, including wings, fuselage, and landing gear, following engineering drawings and specifications. You will perform cleaning, inspections, and repairs as needed, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Additionally, you will conduct A-Checks on Boeing aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble aircraft parts following engineering drawings and specifications.
- Clean, inspect, and make repairs as needed.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assemblies.
- Conduct A-Checks on Boeing aircraft.
Essential Skills
- A&P license
- Experience with maintenance and repair of aircraft, particularly Boeing and Airbus models.
- Knowledge of airframe, line maintenance, and commercial aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with widebody aircraft, troubleshooting, inspection, and heavy maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Boeing or Airbus is highly desirable.
- Must be open to shift work; most work 4 days on a 10-hour shift.
- Tools required (ask for the list).

Work Environment
Work is performed at a Miami international airport hangar. The operation runs 24 hours with shifts assigned after training. Available shifts include days and nights, from 6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm, structured as 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by a 6-hour shift. Shift options include Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
