The responsibilities of our Financial Advisor Associate are as follows:

  • Apply investment, financial planning, credit, and banking expertise to support the Financial Advisor in advising clients across all aspects of their balance sheet
  • Serve as an integral member of an advisory team, supported by a robust institutional platform with access to specialists, resources, and intellectual capital to help clients achieve their financial objectives
  • Attend to and maintain relationships with customers by earning trust and thoroughly understanding the customer’s needs, providing quality and timely service, with the main objective being to provide the customer with a unique customer service experience.
  • Assist the Financial Advisor in achieving business results and acquiring new assets, both from existing and new customer base acquisitions
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide cross-functional expertise to clients when needed
  • Ensure the continuity of client service by prioritizing advisor client coverage during periods of advisor travel or absence.
  • Provide support to Financial Advisors across teams as business needs require
  • Adhere strictly to all risk management, control policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards, ensuring the best interests of clients are upheld at all times
  • Daily reporting of activities and calls received by traveling Financial Advisors (Daily logbook).


Required Experience/skills:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish required; ability to communicate effectively with multicultural international clients
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services, advising and developing relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals and families, with a strong focus on the Latin American market.
  • Bachelor’s degree: MBA or CFP preferred
  • Series 65 or its equivalent (i.e., CFA) - required
  • Experience leveraging wealth management platforms and client relationship tools such as NetX360
  • Strong business judgment and financial acumen
  • Strong community presence with an established network
