Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager
Brickell Travel Management (BTM), the US subsidiary of Talma Travel Solutions, is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Client Solutions Department in Miami. We are seeking a professional eager to capitalize on the opportunities presented by Miami's recent economic boom. While previous experience in the corporate travel industry is desired, it is not a deal-breaker. We value strong networking skills and solid experience in B2B services and/or SaaS sales for success in this position. The ideal candidate will understand each client's unique pain points and present creative solutions using our innovative services. Areas of Accountability / Tasks:
Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthens client relationships. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
- Conduct the initial cold-calling/emailing process for potential clients.
- Use social media effectively to expand new client options.
- Maintain a sales database and provide weekly updates.
- Confirm sales meeting appointments with potential clients, including one Managing Partner.
- Utilize industry resources to expand potential opportunities for additional clients.
- Understand and access clients' corporate travel program needs.
- Create stellar travel program proposals.
- Follow up on proposals sent and maintain leads updated on the CRM system.
- Follow company guidelines and observe established KPIs.
- Contribute to the company's growth strategy by assisting with the department's new business goals.
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Lead continuous evaluation of potential new client opportunities for BTM.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
· Proven sales track record on revenue growth.
Required Skills / Experience / Education:
- Preferred Experience: 2-5 years in B2B and/or SaaS sales.
- Desired experience with business travel sales.
- Preferred Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
