What You’ll Do

• Prospect, identify, and win new accounts across real estate, property management, industrial, retail, and specialty construction sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with executives, procurement teams, and facility leaders.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand needs and deliver solutions.

• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to create competitive proposals.

• Negotiate and close contracts that support company growth and profitability.

• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (construction or facilities solutions a plus, but not required).

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Consultative relationship-building approach.

• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%).

• A motivated self-starter who thrives on exceeding goals.
