We're looking for a Supervisor of Field Services to manage a team of dedicated service desk analysts who provide top-tier technical support to our clients. If you're passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence, this is your opportunity to shine.
Position: Supervisor, Field Services
Salary: $60,000 annually
Location: Miami, FL 33132 (3 days) and Miramar, FL 33027 (2 days)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of field resources and team leads, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Define and uphold service level agreements (SLAs) for field support.
- Provide second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, software, and networks.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain support policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Deliver performance reports to senior leadership.
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- ITIL Foundation and ITIL Practitioner certifications.
- 5+ years in technical support, ideally in a service desk environment.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like BMC Helix or ServiceNow.
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
