Job Summary
We are seeking a detail?oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton. This is a high?volume accounts payable role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment and has strong attention to detail. The position is 100% direct hire and offers long?term stability with a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform 3?way matching (PO, invoice, receiving) when applicable
- Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by working with vendors and internal departments
- Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accounts are up to date
- Maintain accurate AP records and support month?end close activities
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company AP policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high?volume Accounts Payable experience
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $63,000.00 per year
