About the role
Own the post‐sale relationship for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve measurable satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training sessions; develop customer success plans
  • Act before issues escalate
  • Coordinate internally with Product, Support, and Sales on feature requests & renewals
  • Hit team targets: 95 % + gross retention, 110 % + net revenue retention

Desired qualifications

  • Prior experience is a plus
  • Strong consultative skills; comfortable presenting to audiences
  • Data‐driven mindset

Bonus points: CCSM or PMP cert, insurtech/fintech background, light SQL or BI skills.

Compensation & perks

  • Base $50-65 k
