About the role
Own the post‐sale relationship for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they achieve measurable satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and training sessions; develop customer success plans
- Act before issues escalate
- Coordinate internally with Product, Support, and Sales on feature requests & renewals
- Hit team targets: 95 % + gross retention, 110 % + net revenue retention
Desired qualifications
- Prior experience is a plus
- Strong consultative skills; comfortable presenting to audiences
- Data‐driven mindset
Bonus points: CCSM or PMP cert, insurtech/fintech background, light SQL or BI skills.
