Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both existing clients and new prospects. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person
Processing policy change requests accurately and efficiently
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Answering client questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements
