Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Relationship Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portion of the agent population, fostering strong relationships with advisors, and providing education, case design, and promotional support. This role will function as a sales desk, where you will both respond reactively to incoming advisor requests and make outgoing proactive contacts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and advisors to ensure optimal client solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with advisors and their teams, acting as their main point of contact for support and case design.

· Provide case design assistance, promoting life insurance solutions and concepts, including Long-Term Care and Disability Income options.

· Make proactive outbound calls to advisors and/or their designees, providing them with valuable product and solution information.

· Respond to incoming inquiries (reactive) from advisors and their teams regarding case design, product offerings, and resources.

· Educate new and current advisors on available resources, solutions, and company offerings.

· Review carrier offerings and updates, ensuring advisors are informed about the latest changes and product availability.

· Work closely with internal resources (contracting, commissions, etc.) to ensure smooth processes for advisors.

· Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to create tailored recommendations based on client needs and goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· 215 Life Insurance License required.

· Proven experience working within the insurance industry, specifically with Life, Long-Term Care, and Disability Income products.

· Strong understanding of the life insurance industry, including case design and product knowledge.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with advisors and clients through various channels (phone, text, video, etc.).

· Demonstrated experience in relationship-building and a customer-first mentality.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to offer creative solutions tailored to client and advisor needs.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with various teams and individuals.

· Experience working in a high-functioning, team-oriented environment.


Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

· Occasional repetitive motions for computer equipment use.

· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds if/when necessary.

· Regular use of telephone and email for communication.

· Work is typically performed in an office setting, involving routine sitting, bending, and stooping.
