Job DescriptionWe’re Hiring: Benefits Specialist
Location: in-office, close to parks and resorts
Position Type: contract, estimated for 60 days with potential for extension or even permanent employment
Compensation: $23/hr
Summary: in this role, you’ll support our employees by administering health, retirement, tuition, and leave programs. You’ll work closely with vendors, answer benefits questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly—from open enrollment to 401(k) plans.
What you’ll do:
Administer health, retirement, tuition, and leave programs
Prepare monthly benefits and census reports
Process benefits billing for employees not on payroll deductions
Respond to employee questions via the HR mailbox
Manage daily 401(k) administration tasks
Support open enrollment and other benefits-related events
Partner with HR leaders to ensure employees receive excellent support
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of benefits administration experience
Experience with HRIS and benefits systems
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and employee-focused
