Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers, responding to their inquiries, questions, and complaints, providing assistance and product information, and resolving issues. You will also assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals and monitor customer accounts.

Additionally, you will track sales activity and performance metrics, prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes, establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should have exceptional communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, adaptability, organizational skills and B2B and software sales experience.

Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints and provide product information to customers
  • Track sales activity and performance metrics
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
  • Identify potential customers and evaluate new strategic business opportunities
  • Achieve sales, performance, and profit goals
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Establish and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Assist with cross-selling and promotion of products
  • Handle additional administrative tasks if needed


Sales Associate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, business management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior sales experience in the same or similar roles
  • B2B and Software sales experience
  • In-depth understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Strong knowledge of the market and customer dynamics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Effective problem-solving
  • Adaptability and teamwork
  • Organization and time management
