Responsibilities:
- Direct point of contact for all communications with Drivers
- Assist Driver Supervisor with the daily operations of EcoShield Waste Drivers
- Manage daily terminal activities including prioritizing mechanics, managing equipment in and out of the yard, and daily equipment maintenance schedules
- Document and report maintenance related issues for Drivers
- Address driver issues with management as necessary
- Assist drivers with company policy requirements
- Maintain attendance and time off records
- Assist drivers with safety compliance requirements
- Manage terminal inventory, supplies, invoices and expense control
Qualifications/Skills:
- Able to report to office daily in Okeechobee, FL
- Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish is preferable
- Professional attitude
- Computer competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal/written communications
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude
- Organizational skills for planning, decision-making and executing with excellence
- Skilled in developing standards and process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and work within a team structure
- Ability to learn and build upon industry specific information for future professional growth
- Able to work independently
