Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Manager to lead our South Florida sales team, driving revenue growth across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. You will master our cutting-edge tools-Studio, Partner Community, and Podium SMS-to set ambitious targets, coach Sales Designers to peak performance, and build lasting customer relationships. With your knack for mentorship and strategic vision, you will align our sales efforts with Company goals, ensuring every closet sold reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership and Growth
• Drive annual revenue quotas, overseeing a team revenue target of $10M+, while
setting and monitoring team and individual goals.
• Coach Sales Designers with hands-on guidance, including ride-alongs on client visits
to observe and provide real-time feedback, leveraging Studio, Podium SMS, and
Partner Community to boost performance.
• Recruit and retain top talent, fostering a motivated, collaborative team culture.
2. Strategic Planning
• Craft and execute a business plan to expand our customer base in South Florida's
competitive market.
• Analyze trends and competitor moves, adapting strategies and tactics to keep us
ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to refine tools that align sales with
c o m p a n y - w i d e objectives.
3. Mentorship and Team Development
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback, using sales performance dashboards to
elevate Closing Rates and Average Order Values.
Mentor Sales Designers on lead generation, qualification, and closing, sharing best
practices for designs that maximize functionality and client satisfaction.
• Gauge team satisfaction and engagement, minimizing turnover through support,
recognition, professional development, and in-person showroom meetings to
discuss strategies and showcase product features.
4. Customer Focus and Reporting
• Build strong client and industry collaborator relationships and address concerns
swiftly.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, driving data-informed
d e c i s i o n making.
• Optimize sales processes, ensuring efficient use of resources and seamless customer experience.
5. Technology Mastery
• Become an expert in Studio, our proprietary design platform, to train and
troubleshoot for the team.
• Use Partner Community (our CRM) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report KPls
with precision.
• Leverage Podium SMS to enhance client communication, drive lead engagement,
and generate customer reviews to build our brand reputation.
Qualifications
• Experience in the field.
• 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in custom home solutions, retail, or a related field
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building high-performing teams.
• Skills Mastery of Studio, Partner Community, and Office365 suite-or the ability to learn
them fast (training provided).
In-depth product knowledge of custom closet and home organization solutions to
effectively guide the team and clients.
Exceptional coaching and mentorship skills to inspire and elevate Sales Designers.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving to craft plans and adapt to market shifts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for team and client
interactions. Data-driven mindset to leverage KPls and forecasts for growth.
Compensation Plan
• Base Salary: $115,000 per year.
• Bonus Compensation:
• Commission: $15,000 per quarter for meeting 100% of the Revenue Quota ($60,000
annual target). Paid as a percentage of $15,000 based on quarterly attainment (80%
threshold for eligibility). Actual Revenue Quotas to be determined upon hiring.
• Overachievement: 3% commission on each revenue achieved above the quarterly
target.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 for the first 12 months ($100K base + $60K bonus +
$25K p e r f o r m a n c e ).
