At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the real estate industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Salesperson to lead sales at a brand new manufactured home community in Homestead, FL.
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced sales professional who’s passionate about real estate and driving results. With full control over sales strategies and market analysis, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by a supportive ownership team.

Responsibilities
- Lead property sales at a brand new manufactured home community
- Perform real estate market analysis to drive sales strategies
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead to closed home
- Work closely with the on-site property manager and regional sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in home or property sales
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Perks
- Outstanding total compensation structure with built-in progression
- 
- Year 1: Earn up to $80k in total compensation ($45k base + commission)
- Year 2: Earn $158k in total compensation
- Year 3: Earn $160k or more in total compensation
