Our Compounding Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and executive team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a competitive $150-170k salary + bonus based on company performance.
As Chief of Staff, you will:

<li>Lead initiatives to drive organizational growth and efficiency.</li>

<li>Proven experience in Pharma.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, with experience in LIFEFILE.</li>
<li>An Architect mindset for designing efficient systems and processes.</li>
<li>Master’s Degree preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Dedication to the organization’s growth and success.</li>
