About the Opportunity:
A premier, high-volume restaurant in Miami is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive financial performance. This role is ideal for a dynamic, polished, and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
- Ensure exceptional guest service and a consistent premium experience
- Manage P&L, inventory, labor cost, and budget controls
- Drive team accountability through systems, training, and culture
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements:
- 5+ years of GM-level experience in upscale or high-volume dining concepts
- Strong leadership presence and ability to coach, develop, and retain talent
- Experience managing $8M+ annual revenue operations
- Proven track record of hitting financial targets and improving guest satisfaction
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver results under pressure
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
