We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Admin / Dispatcher to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage accounts receivable and generate bank deposits
- Supervise some field technicians with regard to schedules and required reports
- Assist management with a variety of tasks
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Answer phone calls and collect information to get customers to the right department
- Support the bookkeeping procedures for the company and accept payments.
- Create and update databases and records for financial information and other data
- Track and replace supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Submit reports and prepare estimates as industry knowledge grows
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Perform all other office tasks
- Maintain a professional work environment while simultaneously having fun working hard
Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to serve others
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, sometimes under stress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
