Built by AI and machine‑learning experts, it blends real‑time bidding intelligence with predictive models to lift performance, enhance user experience, and keep partners ahead in the fast‑moving digital‑advertising landscape.
The Role (Full Time)

Own and scale the sales engine, strategy, pipeline, demos, negotiations, and close high-value deals.

Travel to key industry events and client meetings.
What You'll Do

Build and execute a global sales strategy focused on bringing new accounts onto the RTB platform.

Prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with publishers, CTV/FAST channels, SSPs, and agencies.

Negotiate commercial terms (IOs/MSAs, CPM floors, QPS caps).

Represent the company at major industry conferences (annual/seasonal, not nonstop travel).

Keep an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM; report on KPIs regularly.
What You Bring
-
5+ years of experience selling AdTech/Programmatic solutions (ad server, SSP/DSP, CTV/OTT).

A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets on large deals.

A strong network in the industry.

Technical fluency with RTB mechanics (macros, reporting fields, QPS).

Comfort presenting to executives and handling contract negotiations.

Familiarity with AI/ML optimization tools.
