What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive revenue by identifying customer needs and selling additional services

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, plus web-based leads – all hot leads!

  • Be the expert – navigate multiple systems seamlessly and respond to client inquiries

  • Schedule appointments for our field sales reps and support clients throughout the process

  • Know Florida’s geography like the back of your hand

  • Overcome objections with ease and highlight the value of our comprehensive services

  • Work independently while being an essential part of our high-performing team

  • Stay organized, stay positive, and deliver amazing customer experiences

  • Build relationships with customers that last a lifetime

What We Need From You:

  • 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience with direct customer interaction (Required)

  • Proven track record of closing sales and surpassing goals

  • Comfort with CRM systems and a fast learner with new tech

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal

  • Positive mindset with a competitive edge

  • Strong time-management and goal-setting skills

  • College degree preferred (but not required)

  • Bilingual? That’s a bonus!

Work Hours:
Our Inside Sales Call Center operates from 7 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week. Hours are on a rotating schedule, giving you the chance to earn on your terms.
