Responsibilities

What youll do:

• Meet new business production goals
• Work a high volume of leads daily
• Prepare insurance quotes and close sales
• Be organized and efficient
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs

Requirements

What youll need:

• 1 year of insurance experience
• 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License is required
• Highly motivated and strong closing skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus (not a requirement)
