We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee critical accounting functions, including payroll, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. This is a 100% onsite position offering a long-term opportunity to work with a dynamic online e-commerce company.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations for up to five accounts and credit card reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll operations for 15 employees using Trinet, handling both exempt and non-exempt payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
• Conduct month-end closing tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Unix-based accounting software to manage financial transactions effectively.
• Assist in purchasing processes and vendor inventory management.
• Analyze cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with both public and private clients to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate detailed financial reports to support business decision-making.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Unix-based accounting systems.
