Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systemsExcellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in remote or hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with Agile, Lean, or change management methodologiesBackground in enterprise software, automation, or data-driven solutions
CompensationSalary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type)Annual Bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary
