About the Role
The Vice President - Managing Director of Investor Relations & Fundraising will lead the firm’s capital formation strategy, manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, and serve as a key external representative of the platform. This role is responsible for driving fundraising efforts across current and future vehicles, enhancing the firm’s communication with LPs, and building a best-in-class investor relations function that supports long-term growth.
Location:
- Ideally Miami
- Flexible in working remotely with occasional travel to Miami
Experience:
- 8-15+ years of investor relations and fundraising experience with an Infrastructure Private Equity Firm
- Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising and LP relationship management
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, fund structures, and performance reporting
