What You’ll Be Doing:
- Canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door
- Educating homeowners on solar, roofing, and HVAC solutions
- Setting qualified appointments and closing deals (based on experience)
- Following a structured sales process
- Representing the company professionally and ethically
Qualifications:
- Ability to be on your feet and walk from door to door for hours at a time
- Ability to work in different weather conditions on a day to day basis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Familiarity with different types of software and sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
