As a Copier Repair Technician in Training, you’ll learn to troubleshoot and repair office technology, including copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.

• No prior copier repair experience? No problem!

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and consent to recurring motor vehicle reporting throughout employment.

Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and troubleshoot fundamental technical issues.

Comfortable driving a small box truck.

Strong communication skills.

Mechanical and electrical mindset.

Basic knowledge of copiers and printers.

Reliable and able to work independently.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 75 pounds by hand or push 300 pounds on wheels, including full-size copiers and printers.

Physically fit and able to perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and carrying.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician, you will deliver and install full-size copiers and printers, perform preventative maintenance to reduce service issues, and repair machines when problems arise.

Safely transport full-size copiers and printers to clients' locations within designated timeframes.

Technical Support:

Assist clients with the initial setup of copiers and printers, including basic configuration and connectivity.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues for copiers and printers.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operation.

Safely operate a small box truck in urban streets.

Professionalism and Customer Interaction:

Present a professional image and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Interact courteously and helpfully with clients during deliveries and setup.

Maintain accurate and current logs.
