Summary:


The Territory Sales Representative- Florida is responsible for generating revenue by executing our sales methods in their designated geographical area. The Territory Sales Representative responsibilities include prospecting for new customers, setting sales appointments through cold calling and presenting our products to potential clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Meet or Exceed quota established for a specific territory.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.
  • Generate leads and set sales appointments by cold calling in person and on the phone.
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services.
  • Attend conventions, dinner events and tradeshows.
  • Move customers through the sales cycle.
  • Thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment.
  • Juggle multiple time-sensitive processes simultaneously.
  • Possess the grit and determination to persevere through rejection.
  • Deal with customer objections and turn them into a sale.
  • Develop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company's clinical specialists, and partner personnel within the Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotas.
  • Satisfy all the Companys Customer Care and Finance requirements as established.
  • Provide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Sales Director regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database (Salesforce).
  • Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons.
  • Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice.
  • Present all products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and sincere manner.
  • Support sales and marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information.
  • Manage home and mobile office to enhance responsiveness to customers and sales support personnel. Keep CRM (Salesforce.com) up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:


  • Education: BA/BS degree of higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years sales experience preferably in Medical or Capital Sales Experience preferred.
  • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience is a plus.
  • Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas a plus.
  • Must live in Florida and have a valid drivers license.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for the role.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and tasks and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities.
  • Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Able and willing to travel 50% or more.
