We’re looking for an ambitious Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team in Jupiter, FL! In this role, you’ll support the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial records.

Location: Jupiter, FL
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, AM shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Manage accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in compliance with company and legal standards
- Review expenses and verify accuracy
- Update and maintain financial data in databases for immediate accessibility
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist senior accountants with monthly and yearly closings
- Support the annual audit process
- Participate in other accounting and finance projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or Junior Accountant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with numbers and analytical problem-solving
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
