We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Accountant to join our client's team in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to financial operations by managing accounts payable processes, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate data entry. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while utilizing your accounting expertise.


Responsibilities:

• Process invoices by coding, matching, and verifying payment amounts to ensure accuracy.

• Input financial data efficiently and accurately while adhering to established deadlines.

• Address supplier inquiries regarding payments

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Organize and file processed invoices along with payment documentation to maintain compliance.

• Assist with monthly accounting tasks, including account analysis, month-end reporting, ad hoc analyses, and general bookkeeping.

• Support financial reporting activities and contribute to month-end close processes.

• Perform additional finance or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and adherence to organizational standards.

• Proven experience in real estate or construction industry

• Proficiency in large ERP systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
