Since 2003, our mission has been simple: we're here to make home closings easy by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and our team's skills to create a valued, lasting impression for all parties in the transaction. If you're ready and excited to shape the future of home closings, we want to hear from you!

  • Ensure all incoming orders are opened promptly with high-level accuracy, verifying and entering all required data, and proactively obtaining any missing information.
  • Monitor the lender title request queue by acting as the dedicated point of contact for lender inquiries to facilitate the rapid delivery of the lender’s title request documents (title commitments, CPLs, etc.)
  • Coordinate the procurement of essential third-party services—including title searches, municipal lien searches, and surveys—to ensure all title clearance requirements are available for timely review.
  • Support the accounting team by accurately processing new customer setups and entering all closing-related billing and credit transactions into the accounting software.
  • Drive file accuracy and organization by managing all document processing and checklist maintenance, ensuring every file is audit-ready and compliant with company standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of verifiable experience in a high-volume, detail-heavy customer service or administrative role (e.g., banking, financial operations, legal assistance, property management, or similar professional services).
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
