We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate typing skills
- Knowledge of US State and City locations
- Billingual / Spanish
- Must be serious and wanting to work!
Company DescriptionWe are medical equipment supplier. Answer inbound calls, take orders and create shipping labels for equipment. Accurate typing skills a must! Bilingual in Spanish / English. $16.00 a hour to start. $17.00 an hour after training. Overtime may be available after training. Serious long term mature employees required. Basic Knowledge of USA States and Cities required. Shifts are 9am - 5pm , 10am - 6pm and 1pm - 9pm
