Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and support our growing business.
Some key responsibilities include:
Record daily financial transactions (sales, receipts, purchases, payments)Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accountsProcess accounts payable and receivableManage invoices and follow up on unpaid accountsHandle payroll entry and employee reimbursementsTrack and categorize expenses and receipts
Perform bank reconciliationsReconcile vendor and customer accountsGenerate and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Prepare month-end and year-end close proceduresManage and maintain general ledger entries
Maintain records using accounting software QuickBooksEnsure data accuracy and proper chart of accounts setupSync bookkeeping data with other platforms (e.g., CRM, payroll services)
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
Organize and file financial documents for audits or tax preparation
Work with CPA or accountant to provide necessary records during tax season
Assist with 1099 filings and other financial documentation
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding payment and billing issues
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales or operations) to verify job costing and financial entries
Support leadership with customized financial reports or summaries
