What You’ll Do:
Review initial loan submissions for completeness and accuracy
Order third-party documentation (appraisals, title work, payoffs, etc.)
Collaborate with underwriting to clear conditions and finalize approval
Maintain well-organized digital loan files in LOS and imaging systems
Monitor your active loan pipeline to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with disclosures and Change of Circumstance (COC) forms when applicable
Ensure compliance with investor, agency, and internal guidelines
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or basic underwriting
Strong knowledge of agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), FHA, VA, and Non-Agency guidelines
Familiarity with TRID, ECOA, and HMDA regulations
Ability to manage a pipeline in various stages of the mortgage process
Understanding of income calculation and bank statement review
Skilled in identifying credit risk and applying sound judgment
Experience with a variety of loan programs (USDA, MSHDA, OHFA, FHLB)
Comfortable using LOS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
