Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow the Seacoast Uniforms brand. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, social media, paid ads, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create marketing materials that support customer acquisition and sales goals.
  • Oversee content creation (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Organize and support trade shows, industry events, and branded promotions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or product-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
