Type of Assignment: Contract-to-Perm
Duration: 01/05/2026 – 01/04/2027
Schedule: Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to support branch operations and ensure excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle. This role will partner closely with internal teams to manage resources, track orders, schedule inspections, and maintain compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Successful performance in this contract role may lead to conversion to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts through the order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Schedule inspections with internal staff and external parties to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Submit and maintain compliance documents according to company and regulatory standards.
Partner with internal teams to optimize resources and support operational objectives.
Implement short- and long-term account plans to drive productivity, profitability, and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to accounts and orders.
Support the branch with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum of 4 years of administrative, customer service, or order management experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
