RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a tech startup (SD-SATCOM networking monitoring software solutions), is seeking experienced Technical Account Manager for their company. They specialize in optimizing satellite communication and mobile connectivity services for various industries (namely large vessels, such as major cruise lines and airlines), and operate in more than 70. This is a full-time, permanent engagement, and is on-site with hybrid/remote capabilities.
They are looking for this Technical Account Manager to support its business by serving as a technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers utilizing in-voyage entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) solutions. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience through hands-on technical support, issue resolution, and proactive account engagement. The individual will partner closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable service performance and long-term client satisfaction.
The Technical Account Manager will act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, translating technical requirements into practical solutions while helping customers maximize the value of their products. Working alongside the regional sales team, this role also supports account growth, renewals, and regional business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings an engineering background with strong customer-facing experience, particularly within networking, software, cloud, or DevOps environments.
