We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Marketing Promotions Representative to join our on-site sales and brand activation team. In this role, you’ll represent our brand at local events, retail locations, and community pop-ups, where you’ll engage with the public, promote our offerings, and drive sales in person.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand in-person at events, retail pop-ups, community centers, and promotional sites

Approach and engage potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm

Explain product or service features, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately

Answer customer questions and provide tailored product recommendations based on their needs

Conduct on-the-spot product demonstrations or service enrollments (as applicable)

Drive on-site sales or lead generation by converting foot traffic into customers

Maintain a professional, approachable, and brand-aligned appearance at all times

Track and report performance metrics, leads, or customer feedback to the marketing team

Set up and break down event booths or branded materials (light lifting required)

Stay up to date on current offerings, pricing, and marketing objectives through regular training
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus

Prior experience in promotions, in-person sales, retail, or event marketing preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup

Must have reliable transportation to travel to event locations as needed

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for in-person assignments
