Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Remote Customer Care Advocate to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is positive, clear, and solution-focused.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner

Provide guidance on processes, resolve concerns, and answer questions

Log and update all interactions accurately in the CRM system

Assist customers with forms and documentation, including PDF files

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively

Maintain empathy and patience, even during high-volume periods
Qualifications

Prior customer service or support experience preferred but not required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask across platforms

Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Adobe PDF tools

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
