Outside Sales Representative – Hardscape Industry
Locations hiring: Fort Myers • Jupiter • Boca Raton • Miami-Dade County

Hardscape.com, now part of SiteOne Landscape Supply, is expanding and we are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives in several South Florida regions. If you know the construction or hardscape industry and are driven to win, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career inside the largest hardscape distribution network in North America.
What you will do
• Develop and grow a portfolio of contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners
• Manage leads provided to you and generate new opportunities in your territory
• Visit job sites, showrooms, and customer locations
• Educate customers on porcelain pavers and outdoor living solutions
• Close sales and build repeat long-term relationships
• Work closely with the Hardscape.com leadership team
Who we are looking for
• Experience in construction, pavers, landscaping, or building materials REQUIRED
• Hardscape industry sales experience is strongly preferred
• Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
• Proven sales background with track record of results
• Comfort presenting, following up, and closing
• Candidates who invest in their own training and development (sales courses/certifications are a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Top performers realistically earn $150,000+ in year one
