We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Agent to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). Your primary focus will be building relationships with Florida businesses and introducing Embassy Loans as a valuable financial benefit for their employees. This role offers the stability of a base pay plus strong earning potential through commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with business owners, HR leaders, and managers across Florida

• Present Embassy Loans’ loan solutions as an employee benefit

• Conduct on-site and virtual presentations to employee groups

• Build and maintain long-term business partnerships

• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and report results using company tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in outside sales, B2B partnerships, or financial services sales preferred

• Self-motivated and disciplined in a performance-driven environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable traveling within your territory

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results

Compensation

• Base pay + commission structure
