Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale in office

Compensation: Attractive, uncapped commission structure rewarding growth - Year 1 OTE $80-110k+

Mission:

Big Box Distro is a fast-growing wholesale distributor connecting leading lifestyle brands with retailers nationwide. We’re looking for ambitious professionals eager to launch or advance their sales careers and grow with a company that’s expanding fast.

You’ll drive B2B sales through calls and emails, building relationships with business owners who rely on your insight to stock products their customers already want. Prior sales experience isn’t required—we’ll train you on everything you need to succeed. Deals close fast, results are visible, and effort turns into growth you can measure.

What You'll Do:

-Prospect and close new retail accounts nationwide via phone and email (specialty retail, c-stores, wellness stores, independent pharmacies, chiropractors & more)
-Build strong relationships and drive consistent reorders
-Educate decision makers on various product lines
-Build your own book of business with uncapped earning potential
-Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
