Overview of the Role
The Graphic Designer will be at the forefront of our creative process, responsible for producing visually stunning designs that leave lasting impressions and drive results for our hospitality clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail and an intrinsic understanding of brand storytelling. It requires collaboration across internal teams and an unwavering commitment to creating work that aligns with the unique brand identity and marketing goals of each client.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design and Development
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social platforms.
- Develop brand assets such as logos, menus, signage, websites, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with client brand standards and target audiences.
- Optimize creative assets for multiple formats and channels, maintaining consistency in look and feel.
Strategic Creativity
- Translate client goals into compelling visual concepts that resonate with both their brand values and guests.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and refine ideas, providing creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Proactively suggest innovative design approaches to differentiate client brands in the market.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Account Managers, Social Media Managers, and other team members to ensure creative work supports broader marketing strategies.
- Interpret project briefs effectively, seek clarification when needed, and present work confidently to the team and clients.
- Manage feedback loops efficiently, implementing changes to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
Quality Assurance
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail, proofing all work to ensure it meets technical and creative expectations.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints without compromising on quality.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, incorporating them into your work.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the hospitality, marketing, or creative industries.
- A portfolio showcasing a strong body of work across diverse design formats, with a focus on branding and storytelling.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of hospitality marketing, with the ability to create designs that enhance the guest experience.
