Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and basic account changes



Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and text



Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups



Process endorsements, payments, and documentation accurately



Maintain organized and up-to-date client records


Requirements

Qualifications


Strong communication and customer service skills


Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and electronically


Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented


Ability to multitask and work independently


Insurance experience preferred but not required


Florida 4-40 license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
