Job Description

Part Time | Ticket Agent for FlixBus at Miami Intermodal Center

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Ticket Agent to join our team at the Miami
Intermodal Center. This role combines exceptional customer service with a strong focus on increasing sales
and enhancing the passenger experience.

What You’ll Do
 Welcome passengers and assist with ticket purchases, baggage, and trip information.
 Promote seat upgrades and additional baggage services in ways that add value for
travelers.
 Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining excellent service standards.
 Deliver bilingual service (English/Spanish) to meet the needs of our diverse
passengers. (Haitian Creole or French is a bonus, but not required.)
 Maintain station appearance & cleanliness, including restroom cleaning as part of daily responsibilities.
 Guide passengers to the correct bus bays and ensure smooth boarding.
 Accurately handle cash and card transactions.

What We’re Looking For
 Background in sales, retail, or customer service with proven ability to meet or exceed
goals.
 Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Haitian Creole or French is a plus.
 Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
 Reliability and punctuality — essential in a transportation hub.
 Willingness to take on cleaning responsibilities and contribute to overall station upkeep.
 Flexibility to work early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
