What You'll Do
- Prepare and review business tax returns (S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, LLCs)
- Partner directly with clients to understand their operations and provide proactive tax planning
- Conduct tax research and help clients navigate complex issues with clarity
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning and support
- Stay current on tax law changes and bring fresh ideas to the table
What You Bring
- 3+ years of public accounting experience focused on tax
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations for business entities
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
- CPA license not required, but actively pursuing is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with autonomy and accountability
