LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Entry Level Accountant role open with our client in Tallahassee, FL. This is a direct hire, onsite position.

Responsibilities

Handle various accounting and construction administration functions including:

  • Entering purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders in system

  • Processing payments for subcontractors

  • Creating new projects in system

  • Providing subcontractors with lien waivers

  • Performing job cost transfers

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of accounting experience strongly preferred

Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required

  • Proficiency using Concur a plus

  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

Work Hours/Pay Rate

  • Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (8 AM-5 PM)

  • $55-65K
