Start Date: October 10, 2025, through April 30, 2026 Compensation: $14.50/hour

- Training Start: Orientation is October 10, 2025 from 7:00 AM PST until 2:30 PM PST
- Training Schedule: October 15, 2025,MF | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM PST
- Must have open availability, shift will include weekends (permanent shift shared during training)
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Bilingual Spanish/ English speakers(spoken and written)
- Call center or customer service experience
- Remote work experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable: 100% attendance required for orientation and training, no exceptions
- Open availability required(including weekends)
You MUST Have: (We will verify your setup during the interview)
- A Windows PC or laptop(Macs, Chromebooks, iPads not supported)
- Minimum 8GB RAM(16GB preferred)
- Dual monitors (your computer is considered one and one additional monitor needed)
- Hardwired internet(Ethernet only no Wi-Fi/hotspots)
- Internet speed:
- Download: 20+ Mbps
- Upload: 10+ Mbps
- Ping: 20ms or less (please take a look at your Ping)
- Test your connection: SpeedTest.net
- A quiet, private workspace with a door (no distractions)
