This regional Class A position is designed for experienced drivers who want solid CPM, consistent miles, and predictable home time. Routes are stable, equipment is assigned, and expectations are clear from day one. New CDL holders are also welcome through a structured training path.
Earnings and pay structure
- Mileage pay ranges from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on experience and lane
- Most drivers average $1,300 or more per week
- Weekly mileage typically runs between 1,600 and 2,200 miles
- Freight is 100% no-touch with frequent drop and hook
- Additional pay provided for stops, detention, and breakdown when applicable

Driver qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL and minimum age of 21
- Experienced drivers should have verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- New drivers must be graduates of an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours
- No DUI within the past five years
- Clean MVR and PSP with no major violations in the past three years
- Ability to pass urine and hair drug screening
- Stable employment history with minimal gaps
