Position Summary
The Regional Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding Our Client’s commercial footprint across the Southeast, East Coast, and beyond. This is a strategic sales role focused on identifying, securing, and nurturing national commercial accounts—particularly within Healthcare, Higher Education, Property Management, and other commercial verticals.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-motivated relationship builder with a strong background in restoration, construction, or related industries. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and consultative sales approach to provide impactful restoration solutions across large-loss and emergency response projects.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and engage commercial prospects, with a focus on large-loss opportunities and national account development

Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers in verticals such as healthcare, property management, education, and commercial real estate

Collaborate with local and regional sales teams to drive revenue through national contract execution

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship cultivation

Represent Our Client at industry events, conferences, and trade associations to elevate brand visibility and drive new business

Work cross-functionally with operations and project management teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction

Negotiate and secure long-term contracts, maintaining ongoing communication with clients to identify future opportunities

Report regularly on pipeline activity, market intelligence, and growth strategies to the Vice President of Sales
Preferred Qualifications

3–7 years of proven success in business development or sales within the restoration, construction, or related construction trades industries

Experience developing national or regional commercial accounts

Strong network within healthcare, higher education, or property management sectors preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed to support client relationships and sales goals
