Marketing & Cold Calling Specialist – Simply Dwell Home Staging

Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site)
Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week, flexible between 9am–4pm)
Pay: $20–$22/hour + Monthly Bonuses Based on Lead Production

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Marketing & Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. This person will help us expand our outreach to real estate agents, brokers, and homeowners through strategic marketing efforts and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and brokerages to introduce Simply Dwell’s services

• Promote current staging specials and promotions

• Manage lead generation lists and track outreach results

• Support marketing campaigns (email, social, and direct outreach)

• Represent Simply Dwell with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Marketing experience preferred

• Must be comfortable working in-office (Jacksonville, FL)

• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
